Why does my iphone not load anything related to the internet?

My iphone has been pissing me off for the last damn time. A while back i downloaded a VPN called Onavo so i could get past my schools Wi-Fi blocks when i have spare time in class. But recently it glitched out and wouldn't connect to the server at all. So i deleted it and all of its content from my phone, go to re-install it and i can't connect to anything. Turned on and off my phone and still didn't work. Tried going closer to my internet router ( yes i'm connected to my internet ) and it STILL didn't work. I tried everything, it was to the point that i felt like breaking the phone in half that i started writing this question.

I'm connected to the internet, but nothing works. I looked this up on its own, didn't find anything Please Help ME

You could try deleting the settings for the connection to your router, and then setting up the wireless connection again. If that doesn't work, then see if Apple can offer any advice.

As a last resort, reset the phone back to its factory settings. You will lose the contents and will have to reload them from your backup (assuming you have made one).
