Why is it that there was always an S model of iPhones 4 to 6?
As far as I know iPhone 7 doesn't have an S model.
Apple adopted the model of releasing S models of phones every other year since the 2009 3GS. An improvement over the previous but keeping the same form factor.
There was the 3GS, 4s, 5s & 6s.
Assuming Apple keeps up with that there would be the 7s in 2017 but it is expected that they wouldn't & instead introduce an iPhone 8 (10th anniversary of the iPhone)
- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- Why are iphones stil so popular when there so many better phones out there? Ios is stale and boring its been almost exactly the same since the original iPhone. Even if you jailbreak it the features you get with jailbreak you can get with a non rooted android phone
- WHY are Iphones always small-sized? Of course there's a chance that a new Iphone will get bigger but the latest Iphone 5 is 5.0 inch and there are people who prefer a bigger screen like me. I think 5.0-5.5inch's is fine, but iphones are too small for me, why doesn't Apple make bigger-sized phones? EDIT: i made a mistake but the latest Iphone 5 is 5.0 inch---> NOT 5.0inch, but 4.0inch
- When getting a replacement iPhone do apple give you the same model or a newer model? I have an iPhone 5 and on Tuesday I'm getting a replacement because of the battery. Would the "geniuses" give me a newer model (like the iPhone 5c or IPhone 5s) or the same model.
