Why won't my brand new iPhone 5C won't connect to my home Wi-Fi?
I just recently bought an iPhone 5C for my mom, along with an HTC One. The 4G LTE seems to work fine on both of them, but my iPhone can't seem to connect to my home internet (the HTC connected perfectly fine). I'm 100% sure I'm inputting the correct password, and it always comes up with the same error: "Unable to join the network '[my Wi-Fi name]'" I've tried turning the phone and router off and on, but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick…
It should be connected. You should check internet connection or call their support center for configuration.

A couple days ago my internet completely reset itself so we called optus and they said its because we have an old modem (theyll be sending a new one soon) but we got our internet working again, although its under another name, and a new password. Now i can't for the life of me connect my iphone4s to the Wi-Fi.i've tried going to setting>general>reset net work settings. That didn't work at all. Can someone please help me, its driving me crazy i've tried everything!

It's connected before today but my mom had people come in and fix it because when she would connect to it, the router messes up and no one was able to use the internet. Now I can use my desktop at the same time she uses her wireless connected laptop. But my iPhone won't join the network and neither will my other laptop.
