Why won't my computer sync to my iPhone?
My computer crashed but everything had been restored to its original state. I have the same iPhone. When I download music onto my phone it will transfer into my iTunes but I have not been able to re-sync even one song to my phone. How can I fix this? I have already tried the obvious: plugging my phone in, clicking the sync button, backing up my phone.
Have you tried restoring the iOS then restoring the back up?

- Why won't my iPhone sync music from my computer? Every time I plug my iPhone in to sync it only adds songs purchased from iTunes to my phone. I have a lot of old music from CD's and whatnot that I'd really like on my phone. There's plenty of room on my phone, and I've configured the syncing to only add checked songs, but it still only has purchased music. Any advice? Should I turn my iCloud off?
