Why won't my iPhone 4S update to ios 7?

It is saying it is up to date with ios 6 but it is not saying anything about ios 7

I don't think iOS7 is released yet

If you're not buying the beta version of the iOS 7 just wait till the fall. Because if you're downloading it without buying it, it's illegal

Ios 7 is not out yet for the general public. If you have a developers account you can get a beta version of ios 7. If you do not have one, developers have a certain number that they can give to others so you might try contacting one. It is not even fully complete yet and there will likely be changes so there's no reason to get it now.

The iOS 7 will released about september so wait for that
