Why Won't my Wi-Fi connect on iPhone 4S?
I'm from the uk but in Ireland, using my grandads Wi-Fi it keeps saying password incorrect and can't join: s I've used Wi-Fi in a different part of Ireland and it worked and my mum used this Wi-Fi at my grandads 2 weeks ago with same password and it worked so I don't know what's going on. I had my data roaming off but just turned it on to ask this, please help!
I think your modem has something wrong try changing the password and try again or click blue arrow next to the network name on your iphone and click forget network and try again
Sounds like the password is being entered incorrectly.
Use the same password again on the other phone and see if there's still a problem.
If you already entered the password in previously and it worked it would have saved all this information.
The error message actually tells a lot. The password was Probably changed, if there's any laptop/desktop with Wi-Fi adapter using the same network. Download and run Wireless key Finder on that computer and it will pull a history report showing the Network Names (SSID) and keys. It will show you only what networks have been accessed before. Locate the name your respective network and corresponding key then use the same key on your iPhone.
