Why won't the Wi-Fi for my IPhone 4S let me turn it on?
I've reset it multiple times, turned it on & off multiple times, reset the network settings multiple times, and even turned off my cellular data multiple times. Nothing works! And it seems that it only does this when I'm around Wi-Fi, which is very frustrating. I still have yet to download iOS 7 because of this problem. How do I fix this!
Sounds like its blocked in restrictions.
Go to Settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset All Settings. This worked for me even after Reset Network Settings failed.
Mine was doing this too. The Wi-Fi toggle is greyed out and the Bluetooth toggle is just a spinning "thinking" symbol. I reset all settings as mentioned above and tried toggling airplane mode. Nothing is working. I could just wait for a software update to fix the bug, but that would require the Wi-Fi to work.
My iPhone 4s is doing the same thing- I was on the phone with AT&T for a couple of hours, took iPhone into the store, no help. They had me wall apple and I spoke to three different people and that took another 3 hours. After all that I was told I need to buy a new phone! BS

The ringer icon doesn't even show up when I press the volume down button, but it does show up when I press volume up. All the noises and everything on my phone still works but its stuck on high volume and I can't turn it down. This promblem started yesterday

So when it's on the charger it kind of turns off and back on here and there. But right when I take it off the charger it turns right off. And it will not let me connect to Wi-Fi.
