My uncle bought an old iPhone 4 that most likely has water damage. The logic board would heat up a lot (more than 100F) and would drain the battery in less than 30 minutes.

Immediately switched it off, dried it and put it in a bag of rice. This was at about 6 p.m yesterday. The iPhone still works, and it still vibrates, and I can listen to voicemail, ect. But I can't use sound when I'm playing games or listening to music.
