Will apple or at&t know if i opened my iphone 6?
I got water damage in my iphone 6. If i open it up and get any excess water out, close it, and take it to apple or an at&t store, will they know that it was opened and not deal with it?

I'm asking if they will know that i opened the phone up prior taking it to get fixed. As in i unscrew the pentalobe screws and take the screen off and put it in rice from there. Then I Put the screen back on and take it to the store
Yeah they'll know! Firstly, only experienced Apple techs can get into those without it showing. You'll damage the casing, you haven't got the experience to do it invisibly.
Secondly, all the water detector stickers inside will have already tripped.
Of course they know, there are water indicators inside that flip color once water has touched them so water damage is always easy for them to know.

Yes, they will know. The phone contains moisture detectors that permanently change color if the inside of the phone is exposed to water.
- Spam message from twitter opened on iphone, should I be concerned? I received a direct message on twitter that was the usual spam trying to get me to click on a link. Normally I never open these and delete them but thanks to the notifications setting it opened the message directly but thankfully not the link. So i want n app that can give a log of activities for a layman. Like app name and last opened at what time! So that when i wake up i can just check if my iphone has been used by someone else or not.
- Is it safe to buy a new (but opened) iphone from ebay/Amazon? I've seen these iPhones where they'll say they where opened to check for package contents, display model, etc… Are these just done purposely so the seller can blacklist it a few days later, or are they genuine.
