Will apple replace my iphone 4s? - 2

I've had my iphone for over a year now and it's been great up until this morning. I woke up after it had spent the night on charge to find it on 1%! I've tried multiple power points, charging usb's and nothing!

Once it dies, it'll charge up enough to turn on but once it starts up it won't continue charge?
I refuse to upgrade my phone after multiple problems with my phone company and want to end my contract next year, reluctantly want to start a whole new contract to pay it off!
Will apple replace my iphone?

Worth a try, otherwise just get a new battery put in it at the apple store.

I'm not 100% sure if they will replace it. But if you have an apple store around your area go there. Don't call apple. Calling apple, they're not helpful at all and will most likely make you pay for stupid stuff. They almost made me pay for a $80 upgrade (not to iOS 7 or anything) and I went to the store and all they said was that I had dust in my ear phone jack. And the day I was there I heard a girl there who had the same problem as you're saying. Just go to apple and they will probably be able to help you with your iPhone troubles. Just make sure you make an appointment. I know I didn't help totally but I hope I helped a little bit
