Will Apple replace my iPhone 5s?

When I first bought this phone which was in this month (feb. 2014) I notice the screen pop/click when press! & home button very sticky which now does not work! The thing is that I dropped this phone 2 times & has some dents & a few scratches. I have owned iPhones previous to this one & never had a problem like this! Do you think apple will replace it? And not think home button is not working due b/c I dropped the iPhone same with the screen? -- I appreciate your help!

If the Home button isn't working, that's a covered hardware defect that Apple will replace during the limited hardware warranty stage.

Ya if your home button isn't working they will replace it. BUT if you have cracked the screen or dents Te first thug apple will think is that that is the reason your home button won't work sadly. But you can still try to see if they will fix it. But tell them the home button has been acting like this BEFORE you dropped it
