Will Apple Replace this iPhone 5?
I purchased an iPhone 5 from AT&T as an upgrade to my plan 6 months ago, so it doesn't have AppleCare. Recently, the power button has stopped working, and I was wondering if there was any way they would replace it for free because of this.
They definitely should! The same thing happened with my phone except on the lock button and I had had it for about a year. I set up an appointment online with an apple store then went in and they pretty much just hand you a new phone. Make sure to back everything up on iCloud or iTunes though
Ya you should be fine. Apple gives a 1 year warranty for free.
- Will apple replace my iphone if? So i got a iphone 4s on craigslist. And they told me the led flash won't turn off. And it doesn't even when i power it off. But i looked on apple.com and entered serial number and it still has warranty till 2014. Will they replace the iphone 4s. Or do i have to have them transfer the warranty to me or does it not matter?

If I were to being it to Apple, would they give me a new iPhone 5, or a 5S? I was just wondering because the iPhone 5 is no longer made or sold by Apple.
