Your opinion about Basment boys?

What are your opinions to boys that lives/sleeps in a basement with nothing but technical stuff such as videogames, laptop, xbox/ps3, iphone etc and a lot of trash such as rotten foods, spoons that are covered in copper, holes in the walls, bugs on the rotten food on the bowls, never showering, never brushing, not even going outside he didn't go out for 3 months now. I have someone that lives in a basement with those stuff, of course. He is a hacker he banned me from going online when we set things right he changed Wi-Fi password which i sure as hell he did this on purpose, i asked so many times what the password was but he refused to tell me or acted like he didn't know but the worst part was that i had exams that time and wanted to do some research. And yes, i failed a few parts. What would you do this situation? Get angry? Thats what i did, so i just called the management and reseted the password.

What are your opinion on this boy? This boy isn't me that i'm talking about i'm his little sister and hes a big brother, i couldnt even get near him because of that stench, he couldnt even take care of his body because hes trying to beat his high scores on call of duty. He is sure is getting fat.

This doesn't sound like the complete story and it sounds like your exaggerating his flaws because perhaps he gets on the wrong side of you sometimes, it's probably both of your faults. He's your brother, you shared the same womb. One day all these disputes will seem petty and childish
