14 Plate Ecoboost Ford Fiesta Ecoboost aux won't play out my iPhone X?
I've got my iPhone X plugged into the aux jack in the car and it says it's playing but has no sound coming out, yet audio works fine on radio & then when I plug it into usb with lightning cable it does same thing, shows what songs playing how many seconds in and everything, does anyone know how to fix please?
You need to use a patch cord that it compatible with the car. Apple headphone output circuits are not like non apple headphone outputs. Try a TRRS-To-TRS convrter.

- Speakers sound blown out when I play my music on the Aux cord? So starting today I put my Aux cord into my iPhone 6 to connect to my Pontiac Torrent to play music, and the audio was absolute garbage! It sounded like my speakers were blown out, which scared me. But I went to my radio to see if it did the same and it was fine! I thought it was just the aux cord breaking, but I bought a new one after work and it didn't help at all. What is wrong with my auxiliary port?
- Iphone 4 back plate won't fit after repair how do I fix it? I had to take apart my iphone 4 in order to fix the power button (it's out of warranty), everything went smoothly, except I can't get the back plate to fit back on properly. It seems like there's something that is in the way. I have taken it apart several times to try to make it fit but still no luck. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
