15y.o boy with eye bags and deep frown lines?

Situation is, I'm 15 years old, male, brownish skin, and I get around 7 hours of sleep each night. I tend to wake up pretty late on days where I can. I use a lot of screens like iPhone and computer. I have very big eye bags beneath both eyes when I smile which I hate! When I'm not smiling its just kind of dark. I also have 'fat' frown lines. Meaning thick frown lines. Like each one is around 6-7mm and the lines look very deep. I use pimple cream on my forehead quite a bit but write now I really want to get rid of these frown lines and eye bags without using creams or drugs or whatever! Also, I tend to be angry or upset around family but always happy and smilin with friends. I think I have frown lines because of being angry and sad.

Hmm, now i think that the screens are not the problem… At all. They would be causing head aches and red eyes. I think all you need to do is get more sleep.getting an extra 2 hours of sleep will honestly make you feel So much better… Its the only option. The best cremes and chemicals can do the magic that sleep can. Not only this, but it will help your body heal from injuries and disease. Also it would improve your grades because of the rest your brain will get, and it will help your heart again with the rest.

P.S. If this doesn't help with your family anger problems, try to make sure that your constantly full (don't miss meals or have a big gap between them) i personally get very angry or agitated when i'm hungry.

underneath the eyes may help.
For the frowns Botox could help temporarily.
You would need to call for a consultation which is free.
(I would get 3 different plastic surgeons opinions).
Plus ask about the prices and do they allow payments?
Hopefully your parents may be able to help
with the payments?
(My parents wouldn't. But maybe your parents will).
