1GB/month for my iPhone enough?

I've asked this question before, but I'm looking for more opinions. I'm planning to get 1GB of internet data for my iPhone per month; will it be enough or should I get less/more? At home I have Wi-Fi, so I'll do app downloading, video watching and all that at home. Otherwise, outside of home I'll be using it for Facebook, Kik Messenger, Snapchat, BBM, Whatsapp and probably random internet searching once in a while. I won't download apps out of home, nor will I watch videos because I know those chew up loads of data (from what I've heard).So is 1GB enough?

It may be ok if you will not use it too much on videos

Depends how much your out side a little bit 2 gb in the middle or allot 4 gb or if you watch youtube outside get 3-6gb

  • Would 1gb of data be enough for the iphone 4s? I plan on getting the 1gb of data per month and wondering if it would be enough for me because i don't want to go over and pay loads of money. I would be on twitter, instagram and snapchat mostly, but connecting to Wi-Fi when available. Also should i turn my data off everytime i can connect to Wi-Fi to save data or will it not be used when connected to Wi-Fi? When should i turn data off.
  • Will 1GB of data a month be enough for an iPhone? I'm thinking of getting an iPhone, but only the small plan, which has only 1GB of data a month. The only thing I go on the internet for on my phone is Facebook. Will it be enough data? Or will it be constantly looking for updates and stuff and use internet data? My old phone did that and took away heaps.
  • Will 1gb be enough for an iPhone 4s? I'd mainly be using it for Facebook and Twitter but pretty often & also searching stuff on the Internet every so often. I probably won't listen to any online music or stream any videos. I'd also connect to Wi-Fi at home for a lot of the time.
  • Is 1gb of internet enough for iphone 5? So I'm getting a iphone 5 and I'm wondering if I should get the unlimited data (but more expensive plan) or 1gb? I'm wondering if 1gb would be enough, I will be downloading apps, using fabook, instagram, whatsapp and twitter (uploading pics) playing games and maybe youtubing a little. So what do you thinks best. I don't really understand kbs, mbs, gbs. Etc.
