2005 Toyota camry audio

I want to add the ability to hook up my iPhone by either USB or 35mm (1/8") port. I also want the ability to add a 12" sub into the mix. There's currently no external amp in the car, all I can figure is that the head pierce powers the current speakers. What are my options? And my knowledge about car audio systems rates about a 5 on a ten scale so what you suggest, is it possible for me to do myself?

Toyota camrys are junk. Fusion kicks its ***! Or should I say the Fusion blinds out its head lights!
