3G stopped working on iPhone 4S ios 7.0.4 and can only use Wi-Fi

Okay so I recently tried to jailbreak my friends iPhone 4S on the latest ios 7 with the new evasi0n 7 jailbreak. The jailbreak proceeded with no errors but when It went to reboot for the final time it got stuck in the apple logo loop. So I put it into DFU mode and restored it from iTunes and then it finally turned on so he booted up an old backup of his phone he had so he would get his contacts again and he got that message on his phone and his 3G doesn't work anymore so he contacted his carrier and they tried a bunch of stuff and they couldn't get it to work… How do I fix this?!

  • Why iphone 3G games suddenly stopped working, the app open and closes instantly? Hi I noticed from last 2 weeks that my iphone 3G games which used to work perfectly fine suddenly stopped working. Whenever I try to open a game, it opens for a split second and closes immediately. I even tried rebooting my iphone several times but that didn't help. Please advise if you have any pointers.

Recently my phone stopped letting me join any Wi-Fi networks, and now it doesn't even let me scan for any networks.   • My iPhone 5 4g and LTE randomly stopped working? The LTE is enabled so I don't understand why this is happening. My phone isn't making any calls and the texts aren't going through unless connected to Wi-Fi. As for cellular data usage, my "current period" is at 621 MB and my "current period roaming" is at 0 bytes. How do I solve this problem so that my phone makes calls, and my LTE and 4g work again?
