8GB iPhone 5 or 16GB iPhone 4s?
I'm getting an iPhone soon and I only want to pay $199. Which is the best option? I have heard some bad things about the iPhone 5, but I could get more space on the 4s.
Added (1). I meant a 16GB iPhone 5 and a 32GB iPhone 4s haha
Yeah
I just got the 4s and its great! I recommend you get it. The 5 is nothing special, just taller and has some exclusive stuff
IPhone 4s with 16GB. I've heard that the iPhone 5 only has a size difference compared to the iPhone 4s.
Get the iPhone 5! In the long run thats what your gonna want in the first place. If you have heard how do you know? I have had the iPhone4s and I loved it but I know I would rather much go for an iPhone 5. I don't think they make 8gb for iPhone 5. Get iPhone 5!
The 4S is perfect for you. The 5 has very little improvement to offer.
Thanks for your question

Look the iPhone 5 is a great phone, compared to the 4S. However if you plan on taking a lot of videos and pic's and apps, then go for the 4S with more memory as memory can't be upgraded.
iPhone 5 is better than the iPhone 4S because:
better low light camera,
faster processor, and more RAM and
better and faster graphics processor,
bigger screen space,
4G compatible, meaning you can enjoy 4G internet if you want to,
and a relatively better battery life compared to the 4S,
If you don't mind backing up your photo-roll regularly and you can live without installing tons of apps, then i suggest the iPhone 5,
Otherwise go for iPhone 4S, its pretty good too.
Also note that Apple will drop support for the iPhone 4S long before they do for the iPhone 5 as it is newer.
However keep in mind, memory is fixed in the iPhone and is much needed if you want to install a lot of big crazy game apps and take multiple videos which get recorded at FULL HD.
For both though, please get a case, otherwise the 4S's glass back or front will crack, while the iPhone 5 is prone to scratches.
Of course 8GB iPhone 5, why? The good: The iPhone 5 adds everything we wanted in the iPhone 4S: 4G LTE, a longer, larger screen, free turn-by-turn navigation, and a faster A6 processor. Plus, its top-to-bottom redesign is sharp, slim, and feather-light.
The bad: Apple Maps feels unfinished and buggy; Sprint and Verizon models can't use voice and data simultaneously. The smaller connector renders current accessories unusable without an adapter. There's no NFC, and the screen size pales in comparison to jumbo Android models.
The bottom line: The iPhone 5 completely rebuilds the iPhone on a framework of new features and design, addressing its major previous shortcomings. It's absolutely the best iPhone to date, and it easily secures its place in the top tier of the smartphone universe.
- Which to buy iphone 4S 8gb or 16gb? Hi i'm buying my first iphone 4s but at my place they only have it in 8gb i live in india and i use apps like whatsapp wechat facebook tapatalk few games 200 songs and some videos will it be enough? And also black or white iphone please provide me suggestions cuz its costing me 467.44 US $ for 8 gb.
- Which phone to choose for upgrade? IPhone 4 or 4s, 8gb, 16gb, 32, 64? I'm lucky enough to be able to uprade my phone and choose from IPhone4 or 4s, also choose from 8gb, 16gb, 32gb and 64gb. Now the obvious choice is to get the IPhone 4s 64gb which is the most expensive/flashy But is it necassarily the best one to get for day to day use? Is it bigger for example? Which would you choose and why?
- Which iPhone should I get? 8GB or 16GB? Okay so. I'm looking for an iPhone 4s but I'm not sure if I should get the 8GB or 16GB. I have an ipod touch right now and it's an 8GB and I still have 3GB left. But I don't know if I should get the 8 or upgrade straight to the 16. I have about 130 songs, 400 photos and 15 extra apps on my ipod right now if that helps.
- Should I get the 8GB or the 16GB iPhone? I'm planning on getting an iPhone, but I want to spend less money, so the 8GB is the cheapest. I already have an iTouch, so I don't plan on downloading music or anything on the phone. I was thinking I might have a few apps, but mainly use it for texting/calling. Is the 8GB enough memory for me do you think?
