9th grade tips start aug 19?

Can you tell me everything i need to know supplies, clothes, grades, social life etc also i'm a boy and i just got an iphone 4 so any tips that as well as my first anything would be great.

First of all, having an iPhone doesn't bump you on the social scale. Just lets you have a phone.haha. Anyways, here's my tips!

Supplies;
Pencils, pens, erasers, folders (one for each class, trust me!), gum (maybe just me, ha), crayons & markers to keep at home, calculator, and other basic school items.

Clothes;
Well, my school has uniforms, so I don't worry here. Assuming yours doesn't, just wear clothes you already have. School isn't a fashion show! But if you do feel out of place, wait a week or so and see what all the other boys are wearing and buy that!

Grades;
DO YOUR WORK. If you don't do you work starting out freshman year, you will seriously regret it. You'll be starting high school off to a terrible start! Just do your work and homework, and you'll be fine!

Social Life;
You will make friends. Trust me, you will. The friends I've made are amazing and I'm still friends with them. Just keep in touch! You'll be alright.

Everything else;
Just be yourself. You don't want to change for anyone, do you?
