A girl stole my iPhone can I have her arrested 7 days later?
She stole my iPhone 4 and admmited to me she even brag and took pictures of it but it been 7 days since incident but she threaten me also and I have proof of text messages of her saying she stole it can I have her arrested for stealing my iPhone in the morning even tho she stole in 7-8 days ago?
Added (1). I have a second phone that she had my phone number she text me the incriminated text messages…
Yes call the police and get it back. Get your phone back, and her her arrested or in trouble. Don't wait

I wonder how you got those text messages without your phone. And WOW your iphone was stolen more than once (judging by your previous questions)

You should report it to your local police and leave all the matters to the cops.
