A guy wants to sell me iPhone X for £200 pounds is this a scammer or real person?
So I asked him to show me some proof like show me that his iPhone X wasn't real by showing me a video proof.
He said he couldn't unbox a brand new sealed box just for me. So what do I now should I buy it or not?

No. Those things cost nearly £1000. This guy is definitely scamming you.

Even retailers can't buy them from Apple for much less than the normal retail price. If it's a genuine boxed iPhone X then it was stolen, and when those items get stolen a list of all the serial numbers/IMEI numbers is immediately available so that the phones may be permanently blocked on all networks.
A genuine and legitimate brand new unlocked and boxed iPhone X goes for at least £999 direct from Apple. So nobody is going to give you a £799 discount.
Use your common sense and don't be a mug.

I say the phone is either non functional, stolen or non exist.
This is a scam at best, and a setup to rob the person that shows up to buy the phone.
