Accessing Gmail From an iPhone?
My university uses gmail for university email accounts. I've been trying to access this from an iPhone, but it keeps telling me I have an invalid email account because it ends in @up.edu instead of @gmail.com
It won't allow me to access it through the web browser app either, it just keeps refreshing the page and asking for my password over and over.

1. When configuring the account on iPhone use the Other option last on the common email list to configure it as a private account not gmail and put in the correct email server details from your Admin. Choosing the gmail new account option will cause problems for you because of the extension @up.edu as it will default to @gmail.com.
