Accidently restored iPhone 5?

I got the iPhone today and while setting up iTunes I restored it to my moms phone. I had all my contacts on and all my data setup. Is there anyway to unrestore it?

Well for your question just restore your phone again, iTunes will download the latest iOS and install it. Once done you can choose to set up your iPhone the way you want it

Its called restoring from backup
Now if you use your computer to backup and not icloud which i would guess you did with computer just open itunes and plug in your iphone and right click the device on itunes and select restore from backup

Ps: every time you sync your iphone with itunes itunes automatically takes a backup

And you can select which phone backup you want so select the one with your iphone name on it.
