ALL iPhone messages deleted! How to restore?
My iPhone4 is currently using the latest iOS 6.0.1.It always experiences crashes and restarts (the apple screen suddenly appears). Just recently, I intentionally restarted it, and then when I looked at my messages, they were All GONE. T_T
Is there any way that I can recover them?
I'm thinking of restoring them using the iCloud, but I believe iCloud backup does not include messages.
I've never had an iphone crash EVER… You've got an issue with your phone if thats happening.
If you have back up your messages, you can restore from the backup via iTunes.
To restore information from a backup, use one of the following methods after connecting your iOS device to the computer with which you normally sync:
1. Right-click (or Control-click) the device and choose Restore from Backup
2. If you have a new phone, you can connect to iTunes and it will prompt to restore from your backup
