All my iphone contacts got deleted? What happened?
I woke up this morning to find that all my contacts got deleted. What happened and how can I prevent this from happening again?
Your cell phone has wiped? If you have backed all your contacts up on your computer/laptop great!
That means someone did something to your iCloud. Go to iCloud.com and check. Also if there's more then 1 phone on the account they will be coherient. Which means that the two phones are going to be the same. So if the person on the other phone deletes everything. All your stuff will be deleted.
Though iPhone uses quite a different storage mechanism, still you can recover deleted or lost data (such as text messages, contacts, photos etc) with a third party specific iPhone data recovery software called Tenorshare iTunes Data Recovery. I used it to recover deleted contacts from iPhone 4s and it worked.

I updated it about three months ago and it has been acting slow and weird since then.Recently when I try to go on Instagram it has turned of and then on twice. D I literally just opened my text messages and there was nothing but numbers and then i looked at my contacts and they were all deleted.luckily they're all still on iCloud but they won't sync to my phone and then when i tried to manually type all the contacts back in, none of them are saving into the contact section does anyone know how i can fix this and i really really don't want to restore my phone because i have so much stuff on it that i don't wanna lose D: help!
