Am i able to cancel/change my vodafone contract if i'm unhappy with it?
The contract i currently have with vodafone seems overpriced for what I'm getting, I currently have the iphone 4s, however quite a lot of people I know have either upgraded or have got new contracts with vodafone, where they have got the iphone 5 with the same options on the contract as me however i'm paying nearly £10 extra than them.
It seems like i'm not really been shown any loyalty and am getting over charged for no reason other than being a customer for over 4 years and not changing to another operator.
Is there a way to cancel or change my contract so that i actually feel like i'm getting my monies worth?
They suck! Buy a new phone, get a sim cheap, 10 pounds month when your done sell your phone! If you have 5 months on your contract left and you want to cancel and its 20 pound a month you will have to pay of the rest to cancel!
You presumably were happy enough with the rates when you took out the contract.
If you have completed the minimum term, you can upgrade or cancel without penalty.
If you haven't then you pay the penalty for ending the contract early.
No way to get out of it unless you pay the remainder of your contract and go elsewhere
- With 3 can I cancel my contract? Two days ago I took out a 24mth contract with 3 for an iPhone 4s but have just found out that the iPhone 5 is due for release in a couple of weeks can I cancel my contract and take out a new one for the phone 5!
