Am i getting ripped off please?

So originally my stepdad bought me an iphone. I was leaving the country and had problems unlocking it so my boyfriend took it to a store traded it for and unlockable iphone, paid a difference and paid to unlock it. For xmas my boyfriend got me a new phone and took my previous phone to give to his sister. He claims he bought it since he unlocked it. Is that still my phone? Because to me when you buy someone a gift you don't take something of there's /

Sounds like he bought you a phone, let you use it… Then took it back AFTER buying you another phone.

Why do you care if he bought you a new iphone? Give him the old one, it sounds like he's doing a good thing to give it to his sister.
