Am I too young to have an iPhone?
So anyways, I have been asking for an iPhone,(not the 5, its expensive!) for almost a year now. I'm 10 1/2 years old. This boy in my class has the 4s or the 4 and this other guy has the 4 and my bestie who goes to middle school, she has a iphone 5! I just want like a 4s or 4. And my other bestie has a iphone 4. My mom says i can maybe get a 4s on timobile because iphone is coming to tmobile (yay!) So am i too young to have an iphone? But my mom says i have an ipad already. I mean its the 2 there's no siri there's no calling themes no sms txting there's no stuuf on the iphone! I have a laptop but it's my mom's too. But i don't use that too often only for school

Considering today's generation has cell phones i don't think you're too young.hell, when i was your age, i didn't have a cell at all. But anyway, i see kids at age 8 already have fancy phones.plus your about to go to middle school i presume, so you'll need a phone anyway if you go have practice after school or go to the mall with friends and need to call your parents.nowadays almost all phones that ppl have are smart phones, so might as well have one that is the best on the market--iphone.lol.

IMO yes, for the value of it hand what you don't need yet.
Until you are 13 or so, you should be fine with a phone limited to basic telephony and maybe text if you can use it wisely.
- Is 13 too young for an iPhone? My step mom thinks i'm too young for a smart phone but I don't have any social media so i don't know why she thinks that so what do you think? Am I too young? Everyone tells me I'm very mature and responsible for 13.
- How young is too young for an iPhone, iPad, or iPod for kids to own? I heard Apple was considering making a child friendly iPod, but apparently "iTouch Kids" didn't go over very well. *shrug*
- Do any of your young kids have a talent that you find clever or impressive? My little musician is almost 4 and has an incredible love and memory for music. Not kiddie music he loves listening to our iPods and iPhones and memorizes the songs. My hubby has a lot of rap music and he can sit there and go from song to song and rap them almost word for word (clean of course), my hubby tests him and plays a song from his phone or pandora and he will tell you the artist. Maybe I'm being biased because he's my kid but i think hes a musical genius!
