An iPhone app that I can locate my phone even when it's off?
Does anybody know of an apple app that I can locate my phone when it's off or make it turn on and then make a noise so I can find it?

I really doubt there's anything. The phone is off, therefore the radios (cellular, data, Wi-Fi, BT) are also off. There's just no way to communicate with the device if it is turned off.
No app can remotely turn on the phone. The only app that can sound an alarm even if it is on silent (not off) is Find My iPhone.
- Why can't my iPhone 5 locate my home Wi-Fi network? My iPhone has been automatically connecting to my home Wi-Fi network for months, but a couple days ago it stopped and my home Wi-Fi network does not even appear in available networks any longer. Four networks appear and they are all nearby neighbors. Yes, my home Wi-Fi is up and working fine and I'm sitting right next to it. Any ideas? I have already tried turning off and back on again.
