Any taxes for iPhone from US to Europa?
In bought an iPhone in US and it is sealed I want to take it in my hand luggage in Europe(by plane) Will I pay any "country border" taxes? Do I need to unseal the box with the phone so they can believe that it is mine?
If you don't declare, they won't charge taxes. If you get caught doing this, you may pay the tax along with a fine.
It depends on the country and the duty-free limit that is allowed, along with the value of other purchases you made in the US and are bringing back with you. Check duty-free allowance for the country you're traveling to, most EU countries allow €430 worth of goods duty-free:

I mean, the phone is mine! Do i need to pay extra taxes even if it is mine? Isn't it considered personal thing? It's only one!
- Why don't cons realize all the things taxes pay for? Are taxes pay for the entire government Without them we would have the federal reserve, 7-11's or iphones. All things made and run by the government
- Why do Liberals want to raise taxes? So the 47% can afford to pay their new data plan for their iphone 5? so GSA can travel lavish parties in Vegas? to pay for illegal immigrants medical and educational bills while I worked full time at community college? to redistribute the wealth?
- What does the virgin mobile monthly plan cost after taxes? I got a virgin mobile Iphone and am getting on the $35 a month unlimited plan. If you sign up for auto pay it goes down to $30 a month. I was wondering if anybody had this plan and knew what the final monthly cost of it is taxes and all, I'm trying to do a budget.

I'm buying it off at&t's website. I'm from California. It sells for $249.99 but I wanted to know how much the taxes would be with the purchase as well.
