Any way to prevent my kid from downloading a specific game from app store onto iPhone?
I don't want my son playing a particular game, from the app store on his iPhone. I let him play other games, but one in particular I banned him from playing. Long story. I don't want to restrict the app store, cause then I ll have to help him update stuff daily.
Without adding some restrictions, you can't stop him from downloading it.
Not really. You can block types of apps, or apps by rating, but not just one game.
If your son is still so young that he needs you to help monitor his online and gaming time, then he really shouldn't have free access to the app store. Check out each game and app before you install it for him, many have options to chat with strangers, or rack up in app purchases, so always know what he is adding to him phone. JMO
