App that plays playlists offline?
Spotify is a rip off and I'd like an app (for iPhone) where I can make playlists that play without Wi-Fi or 4G. I used to have one, but it was on my old phone and I didn't back it up, plus I've searched through all the "purchased apps" section. I think the app was taken off.
