Specs wise, I would prefer the Galaxy Note 3. Both are great phones and in the end your decision will depend on your personal preference. I'm a techie guy so I'd love to get the Galaxy Note 3 or a Nexus 5.

I myself use HTC 8X it osm i don't think any other company can beat it
But samsung again a HEAD-ACHE u shd go for iPhone
For me just choose iPhone 5s. A user friendly and a great phone with dual Flash.
