Apple iPhone icloud account?

So recently I changed my Apple ID email, then my password. When I looked at the icloud account on my iPhone and iPad it still had the old Apple ID, so I deleted the account on my iPad and made a new one using my new Apple ID, then I went to do the same on my iPhone but it requires a password, an neither my old id password nor my new one are working so I can't delete the account. How can I fix this?

  • Is it possible to have 2 associated Apple ID or iCloud account on a single device? Okay so I bought a used or second hand iPhone 5 online. The iCloud account is cleared so I input mine. I decided to perform a hard reset or a restore via iTunes but I fear something might go wrong. So I'm asking, is it possible to have 2 associated Apple ID or iCloud account on a single device (I mean, does the iCloud account or Apple ID of the previous owner of the device is really gone)?
