Are iPhone 5s internationally unlocked?
I'm planning to buy a iPhone 5s locked to either t-mobile, verizon, sprint, at&t which one of these will work in any country internationaly. I'm in Sri Lanka. Will they work on any network. All answers are welcome thanks.

Phones can't be bought from verizon, sprint, at&t if you don't live in the US, You can try T-Mobile though. Only GSM phones work worldwide

If they will, would it be free? Cause I plan on using it in Philippines. We're just going to buy a sim card. When I was with T-Mobile, they unlocked my phone for China.

But I can't download many apps I'd really like to get (Metacritic's, GameSpot's and Eurogamer's Iphone applications for example).It seems that they are only available in US Appstore. Is there any way to get those to Finnish iDevice? There are many more examples, I just named a few.
