Are people still using the iphone 4 in 2013?
Just wondering because supposedly there are still using the iphone 3g right now as well
I'm thinking about getting an iphone 5 but have done my research and the camera apparently isn't all its cracked up to be, the black one chips and scratches really easily, a lot of iphone 5's have scratches even when they are brand new right out of the box and the list goes on
I thought about getting an iphone 4s but siri is boring after a day and pointless and the camera is supposed to be better than the iphone 4 but its actually worse in some ways than the 4 if you do the research so its like paying extra money for something that is barely different from the 4
The iphone 4 is free right now with a contract but I think its two years old and running on an older version ios
So which should I get? Maybe go for an android?
Added (1). There are people out there that are still using the iphone 3g right now as well***
I just bought an iphone 4 a couple weeks ago and it came installed with the lastest version which is I0S6. Its really your decision but a iphones a iphone. It really isn't all that. Its kinda boring since evryone in the world has one. Even little kids have em. So i plan to get a wondows phone 8 and sell my iphone. But its really upto you. Sorry i couldnt give advice but good luck choosing.
Get a iphone 4s and there was a update yesterday for it.
Mate, the iPhone 4 and 4S are both far more fragile than the iPhone 5 (despite it's scratch woes which is quite rare now) since the glass on that phone can shatter straight away as soon as you drop it on the floor. May as well not buy an iPhone at all!
There sure is - in the States, most people are happy with taking an iPhone 4 for free on contract with Verizon and/or AT&T.
I assume you are looking at Verizon, in which case I'd recommend the Nokia Lumia 822.
1. Bigger, brighter screen (with stronger glass) that reduces glare from the sun. The phone is made out of really durable polycarbonate - so scratches are masked, and you get the best antenna reception; plus Verizon's 4G LTE data speeds. You get 16GB of storage (versus 8GB on the iPhone) to save your stuff. It also comes in white, black and red
2. Better camera: 8MP with flash and the best optics
3. Better maps: Nokia Maps allow for completely free, voice-guided, turn-by-turn navigation. The 822 also has the entire map of the USA installed on it, so you can navigate completely offline.
4. Nokia Music: completely free service which gives you unlimited music mixes. Choose the genres or artists you love the most, and listen to all the music you want (no ads, no login, no subscription). You can even keep up to four playlists offline.
5. Facebook, Twitter, Xbox, Office, Skype all built in; plus live tiles to keep the people, apps and information you love front and centre.
The downside is that the 822 doesn't have as many apps as an iPhone; but the Lumia is a better phone in every other way.
Hope this helps!
My friend has just bought an iPhone 4.
- Would you still buy the iPhone 4S in 2013? Ok so I was recently thinking about getting an iPhone 4S I want to know your thoughts on this subject oh no rude comments! Personally I think the newer generations iPhones are ugly! Since I never had an iphone I think I should just stick with the basic iphone 4s
- Will there be an iPhone 5s later into 2013? I was wondering with the release of the iPhone 5 this month, How likely is it that a 5s will be released later in 2013?
- Thoughts on buying iPhone 1st generation in 2013? Not to use as a phone! (I have the OG Atrix for that) but as a collectors item/something that could hold alot more value in the future. You can get the original iPhone for 50-80 dollars on ebay in pretty good condition, do you guys think that buying a few of them to hold on to would pay off at all in the future (5-10 years from now) when people will begin to want them as collectors items? Or does it not really matter at all once they've been used does that make them junk?
- T-mobile coming out with iPhone in 2013? - 1 When approximately do you think T-mobile will start carrying the iPhone in 2013? Towards the end of the year, mid-year, etc.
