Are Progressive Web Applications Incompatible with iPhones?
Added (1). iPhones (OS version 11+ along with Safari browser) support some of the key features partially.
The 'Add to home screen' feature does not populate automatically and when enabled manually, does not show the splash screen.
Pages do not get cached all the time.
Push notifications do not work.
Testing the PWAs on a similarly configured iPhone but with a Chrome browser did not yield any positive result either.
We would like to invite your opinion on the above findings.

- Why does the appstore say that the app is incompatible with my iphone? Okay my iPhone 3gs has an ios of 4.2.1 i downloaded apps that is compatible with that ios so why does it say that it is incompatible with my iPhone. My iPhone is up to date or updated. WhY? I downloaded the apps through iTunes and when i sync my iPhone to the computer then put the apps in it it say it is incompatible with the iPhone! Why?
