Are the kids in my town spoiled?

Ok, so I live in a suburban town. I'm 13 years old (almost in 8th grade). A lot of people in my town are rich.
With that being said, I think the kids in my town are extremely spoiled. (Most of the things i'll be talking about are people in my grade) Most of the kids (in my grade) own so many things - they aren't even 13 yet!
so here is what they own…
-mac book (some have the pro)
-Uggs
-Sperrys
-tory burch flip flops
-chanel bags
-vera bradely bags
-IPHONES! (like everyone has them… It's so annoying)
-facebook, twitter accounts
-shopping sprees
-prestigious camps (i researched and some are $5000)
-expensive pools ($500 per year)
-nail salons (go there every week, i heard)
-(boys) customizable Nike sneakers
-makeup ( i wear makeup but these girls… Ugh)
-Ray Bans
-skip school for "family vacation"
-already planning on their cars (BMW, Mercedes Benz, etc)
-live in huge houses (which I get, is not their decision)

The iPhone thing is really bugging me. I personally think that 13 year olds shouldn't have iPhones. I really want one, I do, but everyone has them, and apparently, if you don't have one, "you're not cool enough".
I want your opinion on this… Are the kids in my grade (town) spoiled?

Hell yeah they sound kinda spoiled! I don't have half the stuff and i'm super happy with what i have. Don't worry you'll get an iphone when your parents CAN buy you one! Money its all about money.

How does having a facebook and a twitter make you spoiled?

They sound like they are. A lot of kids in my town are spoiled too.

I'm gonna be honest with you, almost every kid has those things now a days.
i don't mean to sound mean but maybe your parents are stuck up or something?

Everyone in my city has an iPhone or a Blackberry regardless of how rich they are, haha. Well Blackberries are made in my city. Even poor kids have them. But the other stuff, it just seems like alot of people in your town are well off, so they flaunt their money.

Well alot of the kids might be CLAIMING the things that you think are spoiling them as theirs but actually some of the items might belong to their parents. I know this because alot of people in my school want to know how to jailbreak their iphone/ipod so they come to me for some reason and i always ask do you have Windows or Mac. They mostly say mac to sound rich but at the end when they realise that they can't jailbreak because the thing to to complicated and might wreak their mac, they say, "oh it's my dad's or mum's mac". Also anyone can plan their cars for future life, and facebook and twitter are free
