Are you allowed to cancel an eBay listing once the item has been bought?
So I had been watching a listing for an iphone 4 for a few days then I was notified by eBay it had been re listed. I went to it and hit buy now because it was $0.99. I paid for it and everything. A day or two went by they never contacted me they just refunded me and re listed it. Can I fight that and get the phone?
Sounds like a mistake by the seller. I would just move on. You didn't really think you were getting an iphone for a buck did you? Lol. If you were the seller, would you really honor that mistake? I don't think anyone would
Yes you are allowed. You didn't really think you'd get an iPhone for a buck did you? Ha.
Technically the seller is legally bound to send you the item at the selling price. But unless you are willing to take the issue to court then there's nothing eBay is going to do about it.
You can however give that seller a negative feedback which they definitely deserve.
- Item I've order has been MC999 eBay Listing Removed what will happen? I've order an iphone case about a week ago and I live in Australia and its being sent from Hong Kong. It is marked as posted and I'm not sure what's gonna happen after this, will it be returned or will it get here and the transaction has already gone through meaning I've bought it already.
- Return item bought off of EBay? I bought a keyboard attachment for my iPhone a few months ago. I received it and wasn't satisfied, so I returned it with proper postage and such to the return address which was in China. It has been about 2 months, and I have not received my refund nor have I gotten an email from the seller saying that they have received the item. Is there some way I can figure out where that package is? And if I can't find it, am I still able to get my refund?
