Return item bought off of EBay?
I bought a keyboard attachment for my iPhone a few months ago. I received it and wasn't satisfied, so I returned it with proper postage and such to the return address which was in China. It has been about 2 months, and I have not received my refund nor have I gotten an email from the seller saying that they have received the item. Is there some way I can figure out where that package is? And if I can't find it, am I still able to get my refund?

There's only one way that makes good sense to pay for eBay items and that is PayPal. Then if you have a problem you file a dispute. What you absolutely don't do is just pack up the item and return it. And when it is time to return it, you use a shipping method that includes tracking like UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.
You are likely outside of the time to make a legitimate claim.
Contact both paypal and ebay for help. Good luck, and next time check the sellers ratings.
