Are you allowed to sell a donate to me on eBay?

I legit saw somone selling "iPhone 5s for me donations" and it was up to 150$ ! Is that even allowed! The descrprion was "I could never afford the finer things. The winning bid is how much that gets donated to me to guy an iphone"

No, that's not allowed and when the auction ends, it will likely be flagged because I'm sure the winning bidder did not realize that they were "donating" and not getting the phone. Believe me, they'll dispute it with pay pal and the seller will be banned. It happens a lot where people try to circumvent the rules. Just like the guy who was selling a picture of an X box and plainly stated in the description that is was only a picture and not the actual X box. The buyer got his money back and I'm certain the seller was banned.

I remember there were So many apps that allowed you to download free music from websites (like mp3Skull, beeMp3, etc). But when I searched for "Free Music Downloader" on the app store, they're all gone. There are no more apps that allowed me to do that. The only apps that came up were apps that downloaded videos to your iPhone, and apps that allowed you to convert youtube to mp3. Thats all. What happened to them?
