Audio in a 2006 Cadillac CTS?

I have the base model of a 2006 Cadillac CTS.CD Player.AM/FM Radio. That's it. I want to know if I can get a 12 volt plug with a USB jack and then plug in a USB Bluetooth Adapter and then connect my iPhone to it via Bluetooth will it play music through the car?

I think you may want to take a look at GROM Audio. They make factory car stereo adapters for bluetooth, ipod/ipone and other devices. Also, their pricing is good for well made multi function car adapters. Http://www.gromaudio.com/store/usb_adapters/index.html

  • Which USB can I use with my 2009 CTS? I've been looking to download some music onto a flash drive since my CTS won't recognize my iphone and I wouldn't want to keep it in there anyways. I was just curious about the process of putting the music onto the flash drive and then playing it through the car… I obviously use iTunes for all of my music and assume that it's compatible with the car. Also are there any USBs that aren't compatible? What are some that work without a doubt.
  • What's the best way to connect my iphone to my 2004 cadillac srx? Theirs no aux input. I've looked into the blue star system but don't know much about it. How well does it work and how easy is it to install. Would it cost a lot to have it installed professionally? Are their any other good Bluetooth kits out their? My dad doesn't want a new radio with Bluetooth in the car because it will ruin the integrity of the dash board…
  • What is the aux button on the ford fusion 2006 for? Just got a ford fusion and it has an aux button for nothing to plug your phone in. Is it secretly somewhere? Do you sync your phone (I have an iphone 5). Or is this button just for show?
