Basically I accidentally deleted a conversation on insta and i wanna get it back but i don't really know how to get it back?

So please tell me how or send a video that shows me how also I have an Iphone 8 plus if that is important.

  • Why is texting slower than snap insta kik etc I've found time and time again when trying to text or send pictures sending it through text is significantly slower than almost every other messenger app. Facebook, insta, snap, kik all of them are leagues faster at sending pictures than the basic text feature on my iphone. Why is this? I don't keep old conversations long. Yet it takes almost 5 mins to send a pic of a screenshot on text and it takes 5 seconds on anything else.
  • My photos on my iPhone got deleted by themselves and i don't know how to get them back? Okay so i was on my phone just then and i was editing a photo on an app, i wasn't on my camera roll at all i didn't even have it open. So i was just editing on an app and i go onto my photos and it says "camera roll 95" when i originally had 314 i looked on the "recently deleted" but the photos on there were only the ones i deleted months ago. Absolutely devastated please help me, i want to know what happened and how i can get my photos back
  • My iphone4 is disabled like forever, i want to get back on it but i don't know how? I've locked myself out of my iphone, so now when i get on it, it says "Your iphone has been disabled." So i slide the bar thingy at the bottom and it brings up the emergency call pad. I honestly have to tried to restore it many times, it fails at restoring, it will restore for alittle bit then just stop. I need help. I want on my iphone4 again.
  • I need someone to make an insta acc for me? Hi, i tried many times to register an account on my iphone 4s and it says that i can't register accounts anymore bc i heard instagram has limits of making accounts. So is there someone that could make a new one for me? Tysm
