Beemp3.com.is legal, to this extent?
So, I've heard bee mp3 is legal and it's been supported BUT only to download and listen to music, then delete the file, as covered in their terms and conditions. Does this mean I can put it on iTunes and put it on my iPhone and listen to it at my leisure, or it would that be considered illegal?

- Websites like Beemp3.com and Mp3skull.com? I'm on my iphone and my music stays in my apps from free downloads… These 2 are simple and work well, but they lack some songs i want at times, what are some good sites like these that are search&download simple?
- Unlocking iPhone 3GS still legal? Is unlocking an iPhone 3GS still legal? I know they just passed a new law saying you can't unlock phones, but "legacy phones" are still legal to unlock. Does an iPhone 3GS count as a legacy phone?
- To what extent does the iphone limit your freedom? I've never had an iphone but I heard it's not as customizable as android. Is the lack of freedom annoying or is it not that bad?
- My Iphone isn't working to an extent, says not activated? My Iphone works like normal you know, making phone calls, texts, and surfs the web and all. What isn't working is the Facetime, Imessaging, and installing profiles under the Settings. When ever i try using facetime or installing a profile it says waiting for activation and then says Iphone isn't activated? I have verizon and I went to them and they said I probably have to go to apple, any suggestions or ideas.
