Been banned from a website because of IP Address?

1. You can't that's issued by the provider
2. Probably not but depends on what you were doing.
1. Try disabling your internet access, waiting for a bit and then re-enabling it.
2. If you posted something that breaks a law, they'll come and get you.
You have zero control over your IP, doesn't matter what you do to your phone. The carrier can sometimes reset it to a new one, but its up to them, some occasionally do this, others don't.

- INSTAGRAM Help! My iPhone 4 has been banned from instagram? Instagram has blocked my device (iPhone 4). I can create a new account on another device and it works fine but when i log into my phone it says blocked device because of violating the terms and conditions. - I've been permenantly locked out of my iPhone because of iOS 7 beta I reseted it when it was running well on iOS 7 and now when I did the process of activating it, it keeps telling me to register on the apple developer program. It doesn't connect to iTunes at All so I can't reset it back to iOS 6.1.3 like it was. Can they fix it at the apple store? I really dislike the iOS 7 beta, I should've just waited. Being permenantly locked out of my iPhone 4S is a terrible feeling.
