Best buy insurance iphone 5?
My phone dropped & my screen just completely shattered. It's still usable. Will best buy replace it?
If you have insurance though best buy they will replace that phone. I have that plan and pay 9.99 a month. That covers anything that happens to the phone but does not cover loss.
If you had it for 30 days i believe you can take it back and get a new one. But if you have had it more than 30 days and with no insurance plan though best buy. You might have to find another way

BestBuy does not sell insurance they, instead, sell a protection plan that covers accidental damage. If the phone is repairable they will replace the screen. If it is not repairable they will replace your phone out of stock. Now, if you lose your phone or if it is stolen there's no "insurance" - It's not covered.
