Best Buy Phone plans for an unlocked iPhone 5s?
I work at best buy, and I know you're thinking that I should know this but I really do not keep up to date with phones that much. I work in best buy warehouse and I was curious to see kind of plans I can get at a good cost with my employee discount. Right no I have a T-Mobile pay as you go plan that runs me about $30 a month. I would like to have unlimited text/call with some data at a good price. I'm not sure what carriers give as a discount especially to someone that doesn't work in Mobil. Once again, my phone is unlocked.
Ty for your help!
Discounts for employees are usually taken off the cost of the data plan. I know that Verizon has discounts for BB employees but they don't activate unlocked phones. AT&T does as well, I think.
You're honestly probably best off getting in touch with someone from the Mobile department because they would probably know better than anyone else.
- Will an unlocked at&t iphone 3gs work with any prepaid plans? A friend recently upgraded and said I could her have her old iphone 3gs. I live on a tight budget so the prepaid plan works best for me. So I'm wondering will any of the prepaid plans work with this phone?
- Which do you recommend? Iphone 5s Smart Plans or Iphone 5s Globe Plans? I'm confused. I've heard a lot of negative comments about globe internet speed and secret extra charges. But it seems that there are more recommendations to go for globe iphone plans. What's wrong with Smart? Which is more advisable for first timers in mobile plans?
- What cell phone, and company, is the best for someone who just listens to music, streams shows/videos, and texts? Cheapest plans/phones? I occasionally talk on my phone, and/or take photos. Also, can I still get the food/ride share apps if I don't have an IPhone? I live in a mid-sized city in the mid-west. (over 100,000 pop. And over 70 square miles)
- Phone companies with iPhone 5 plans? I've been looking everywhere for a phone company in CANADA that sells the iPhone 5 on a 2-YEAR TERM. Every where I've looked sells it for a 3-year term ONLY, but I don't want that long.
