What cell phone, and company, is the best for someone who just listens to music, streams shows/videos, and texts? Cheapest plans/phones?
I occasionally talk on my phone, and/or take photos.
Also, can I still get the food/ride share apps if I don't have an IPhone?

food/ride share apps are 'usually' available on Android especially for the more common ones.
