None. Ghosts are actually electromagnetic radiation… Pretty sure an iPhone can't pick up signals of electromagnetic radiation.

Well, you want an honest answer to your question, and shall have one. Even the best paranormal detector in the world today can never ever guarantee that you will see a ghost. Ghosts appear if they wish to appear and can't be expected to show themselves whenever we would like them to. You can normally detect an appearance yourself: you do not need some fancy technology to purport to do it for you.
I'm sorry if this is not what you expected me to say, but please be assured that what I say is perfectly true - so don't waste your money, please.
